      Avantages

      Looks great on a resume and if you do your job correctly, there is a very good probability that you will remain employed.

      Inconvénients

      Very difficult to grow financially. Once you in, ok, but afterwords it´s difficult to climb the corporate latter.

      Management, consistency in brown nosing, HR and all management will work together or target individuals if you don’t brown nose or try to move up before someone that does
