Avantages
Beautiful location with many good folks to work with. When I first started here there was no holding back of information to help me get the job done right. In my current position everyone works well as a team and helps each other on daily basis.
Inconvénients
You can get "pigeon holed" pretty easy, as in, if you're doing a good job, management doesn't like to let folks move around much. As mentioned in the title...You can only get better benefits working for the government.
