They use Bradford index, meaning if you’re ill for about 3 days in a year you can get disciplinary. Your mental health will be ruined along with your body since they do not invert on good quality materials for staff. No discount. You do not get treated like a human being, they want a robot. Not allowed to talk to colleagues because you have to work and as fast as they want not as fast as you can. Sometimes they want you to finish early and you can’t say no, specially on closes. Store manager can be off sick as long as you want meanwhile they will bother you when you’re off sick asking she will you come back.
