Avantages
The co-workers are generally all fine and friendly, great pay, awesome culture, great training, career progression is a real opportunity if you get the right support from management. I had the opportunity to train in a superior store with fantastic management until I relocated to another area.
Inconvénients
It's active and hard work, I loved this element but may not be suitable for everyone. After relocation the manager in the second store was very rude and very aggressive. Didn't respect employees, customers or make an effort for them. Clearly responsibility and professionalism was not something practiced or upheld in this store.
