      Ad infocom Systems provide internship opportunity you will get internship certificate after successful completion of internship half of the duration are learning they will provide some modules and you have to learn the module and another half of the duration you will work on project.

      Inconvénients

      Module basd learning you will not be able to clear the doubt one to one.

      Avantages

      Got hands-on exposure to real-world projects. Supportive and approachable mentors who guided me throughout. Learned both front-end and back-end technologies as a full stack developer. Work culture was collaborative and knowledge-sharing was encouraged. Flexible working hours and healthy work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Limited scope for ownership since interns usually work on smaller tasks. Some onboarding documentation could be more detailed. Deadlines were sometimes tight, which added pressure. Tech stack was slightly outdated in certain parts. Career growth opportunities for interns could be clearer.
