      Good pay Great benefits Nice facilities and good people to work with Not for profit company, so decisions aren't based on stock prices

      Need to catch up with the rest of the industry when pertaining to technology, support of improvement, and project planning.

      Decent pay and some decent employees

      Inconvénients

      Supervisors like to get handsy, half of the coaches don't know what they are doing. Too much drama and gossip. Too much pressure put on the employees for a job that's supposed to be laid back. Too many made up rules that favorite employee don't have to follow. I would not recommend working there. I made 4 different reports with hr and nothing was done about it.
