      Avantages

      Flexibility and work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      - Very low salaries and no promotions except for C-level positions. - Very chaotic teams, PMs don't know what they are doing. - No transparency with employees, they lie about how the investors trust in them yet lay-off people as they can't raise money. They sell features in the product that don'T exists and are no plans for building them!

      - cool and innovative product - Great culture and collaboration - Flat hierarchies (Really!)

      - Every now and then, there are some typical limitations that startups are facing, e. g. budget constraints

      cool people and good idea

      Inconvénients

      very bad leadership and management. I was not leaving in any anger but how they treat people and ideas is just antiquated and dumb. Founder which does not admit at all making mistakes and then repeating the same mistake with the same outcome 5 times. You cannot take them serious
