      Avantages

      Management is highly transparent with a habit of communicating with all employees through town hall once a week. The doors are open for the employees to discuss and resolve the issues with the leadership team. The heirarchy reporting system is crystal clear. Great place to work with diversified culture and I produly announce that in my 25 years work experience I can rate 4most on the top among all the companies I worked. It was my life changing decision by joining 4most.

      Inconvénients

      Sharepoint is well organized, but need improvement in the online HR system called Cezanne as it is not user friendly

      Avantages

      Social aspect is great, fun place to work from that perspective. Free food and drinks in the office. Great once a year trip abroad.

      Inconvénients

      Poor leadership with no experience or real vision. Declining pipeline. Layoffs. Lack of morals at leadership level. No real understanding of how to make a high performance working culture and therefore there is too much emphasis on being liked rather than being accountable and achieving the best you can. That laid back culture breeds inefficiency, laziness, and a "that will do" attitude which means it is hard to consider yourself working in and amongst the best.
