Niche business - you have to have a passion for retail inventory management Hours can be long to hit deadlines No 401K match Working from home is discouraged, at least during first year or so of employment.

Great company, great pay, great benefits, great people, flex schedule, wok from home. Growing Fast! Everyone respects each other and there is great respect for your personal work life balance. Because the employees are so well taken care, it's a happy group- over all employee satisfaction is higher than I've ever experienced with any previous employer-- very refreshing!
