Avantages
Colleagues are very warm, accommodating, and friendly. They're best at their craft and willing to help. The company seems to give the higher range of salaries within their location/city. Opportunity to do concepts (and possibly, the project itself if they win the bid) with huge brands/names. Some "team outings" if you're bothered with them.
Inconvénients
Work life balance is non existent. Managers are toxic, play favourites, love to micromanage their staff. They also love to have numerous meetings that are totally unnecessary and unproductive. This company is very unprofessionally managed. Timescales or timetables for projects are not relevant to the managers. They don't "protect" their staff, they're only concerned in pleasing irrational demands from clients even though not in the contracts or not paid. The amount of design concepts they demand from their staff is unreasonable. It burns out everyone just because the managers don't have a clue how design projects work. Burnout is a common thing. Turn over rate is craaaaaazy.
