      Avantages

      Sono stata assunta da iSpring senza aver mai lavorato nel mondo IT, tra l'altro era un periodo di pandemia, quando non si poteva trovare un lavoro decente. Si presta molta attenzione alla formazione/aggiornamenti dei dipendenti. I colleghi sono super disponibili e simpatici. Sicuramente c'e la possibilità di crescere.

      Inconvénients

      La distanza non aiuta. Non avendo un ufficio di rappresentanza in Italia, sei obbligato a lavorare in smart working, vedendo i tuoi colleghi solo via Zoom ecc. Offrono un contratto a Partita IVA

      Avantages

      I have been working as a freelance translator for iSpring for 5 years now. It is a pleasure to work with this team of professional project managers. They are highly responsive and always send clear instructions. When set deadlines are too short, they are flexible and we have always been able to come to an arrangement.
