      Career opportunities to scale up are less.(Good for people who seek stagnant jobs). Technology is outdated uses legacy tools hence need to upgrade better Need to hire seniors instead of relying on Freshers and young resources for tech and consulting roles.

      I did not see much pros

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic deadlines and tasks allocation. Blaming middle management and inopted firing. I can give zero rating for zerocode but no option
