Inconvénients
Micromanagement and many unnecessary reviews with the CEO and multiple players of management. The CEO is too involved in the day to day minutiae and not with the vision and strategy. Also, they replaced their CFO and CAO with the General counsel, who has no finance/IPO Experience.

Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.
Inconvénients
Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
