      Avantages

      Good core tech with a lot of promise - as in Create.

      Inconvénients

      Unity got crushed by AppLovin in AdTech. Not sure if they can ever catch up because this is an industry of "winner take most." Ask yourself, do you think Yahoo will catch up to Google?

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
