      The people are all incredibly talented and dedicated.

      Inconvénients

      Major company changes a couple of times a year. You can't feel attached to your work, since projects can be cancelled without warning. Multiple periods of mass layoffs recently.

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
