      good benefit, great offices, mostly friendly colleagues, good culture and WLB

      Inconvénients

      some orgs inside company are under more pressure for revenue generation and more stressful work lay offs decisions were not very smart some managers are difficult to work with

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
