      Avantages

      Unity is a great place to work! People are really fun to work with and they want you to succeed. Things are always changing, which makes it always interesting and challenging.

      Inconvénients

      The only negative is that we have offices all around the globe, so we need to be flexible with our working hours at some times.

      Avantages

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
