      Community is pretty on the ball to keep the culture accommodating for people from all walks of life.

      Lots of projects going on at the same time, facing significant growing pains as a rapidly scaling company.

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
