Avantages
Too many benefits to list, but they provide way beyond medical/dental/vision.
They also treat everyone like an adult, all voices are heard and respected.
For a company so large they try hard to give it a close family culture.
Inconvénients
The sheer amount of information, internal news and projects feeds can be overwhelming.

Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
