      Great Project, wonderful offices, amazing people to work with and great benefits.

      You need to be autonomous. They hire smart people to do the job and not to tell them what to do.

      Unlimited PTO for US employees, there are still good employees at the company,

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
