Unity is really going places. The tech and potential of its application is fascinating. Leadership is very strong and the company cares for it's employees.
Inconvénients
The pressure can sometimes overwhelming and the workload is significant - To find the right balance between home life and work can be a little challenging sometimes.
Often sales colleagues and I regularly comment that we feel burnt out and frustrated by the amount of admin and overly complicated process - though I write this during times of Covid-19 and I would be remiss not to mention that there is clear effort to improve and simplify systems and procedure across our teams.

Leadership is out of touch, constantly shifting priorities, reorgs and RIFs are the new norm, unless you're on the AI team don't expect impressive compensation, tons of waste
