      Avantages

      I love my job. I get to work on research that means a lot to me. But most importantly my union is working hard to help bring up my pay and make it easier to have a career path.

      Inconvénients

      There is a lot of overtime when conducting experiments and we don't always have enough staff. Plus there are always threats about layoffs

      Benefit package is wonderful with no downsides.

      Inconvénients

      The company has many teams and levels which makes it seem like advancement is unobtainable.
