      Avantages

      Flexible work schedule with work from home

      Inconvénients

      Management doesn't prioritize the long term solutions and so everything is done as quickly as possible: 1. Building code takes a very long time. 2. Wiki docs are all out of date. 3. The code is very complicated and doesn't seem to be getting better. 4. We use deprecated technologies like Saltarelle that barely limp along.
