No matter your position within Tableau, you have ownership of the mission, customer experience, and success of the company. You work with people who have your back. The product is revolutionary in its space, and if you see the value of data, you have the chance to be a part of something that can truly make an impact. The executive leadership is fantastic.
Inconvénients
Tableau is a fast moving company that is still working to define ways of working. For people who are motivated and flexible this is a great environment, but if you need proscribed ways of working this may not be the best place for you.
