The company was once a great place to work, but recent changes in senior management have drastically altered the culture for the worse. The commercial side of the business has been severely impacted, with many talented individuals being pushed out or removed entirely. There is no clear evidence that these actions were necessary or have benefited the business. Instead, it feels like an attempt to silence those who challenge or offer ideas that don’t align with the top leadership's vision.
Favouritism is increasingly apparent, with resources and opportunities going to individuals who are more concerned with self-promotion than delivering genuine business value. These favoured few haven’t demonstrated that they have the right ideas or the ability to implement initiatives that drive success. Meanwhile, talented employees with a proven track record of delivering results are being sidelined, leading to a decline in morale and, ultimately, damaging the business.
There's also a significant lack of transparency, honesty, and respect from the Executive Committee. Communication often feels overly optimistic and disconnected from reality. The high rate of employee turnover is being glossed over, but those who leave share their experiences, and it's clear that there’s a deeper cultural issue at play. It’s disappointing to see the company focusing on managing the narrative rather than addressing the core problems. It’s a sad situation for what was once a great place to work.
