Inconvénients
- Management frequently states that their company culture is improving all the while continuing to do things to contradict this
- Dev/IT manager constantly expects all employees to work unpaid overtime and doesn't seem to understand that this is illegal
- I heard many horror stories about a particular manager that makes me completely shocked to know that he still works here
- Their usual answer to improving company culture is to fire employees, while the source of the toxic culture is still allowed to work here
