      it is a good place to learn. Roche has a number of resources to develop its people, but it's up to you to take advantage of those resoruces

      It is a very demanding job. You really have to love being in contact with customers and know how to deal with stress.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Inconvénients

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
