      De grands talents, des occasions de rencontrer régulièrement la haute direction, peuvent se développer en profitant de différentes opportunités d'emploi en interne

      Inconvénients

      Manque d'innovation. La haute direction ne tient pas compte de la quantité de grands talents disponibles au sein de l'organisation lorsqu'elle prend des décisions stratégiques. Également très politiquement motivé.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Inconvénients

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
