      The worst office culture ever

      The culture in the Burgess Hill office is awful. Mediocrity is cherished - trust me there are awful people in this office, and if you accept a job here it will negatively affect your reputation. Save yourself the pain.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Inconvénients

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
