      Location, benefits and travel perks. Most departments seem open to promoting within. Opportunities to grow.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not comparable to other properties. No free parking. Departments stretched thin. Ritz-Carlton owned by Marriott and is no longer the same luxury brand hotel.
