      Work when you want to

      Inconvénients

      No communication or feedback on how to improve quality. Every few months they'd pop in and say you had to pass a quiz or be fired. Tried to give us mandatory training with no pay. After they were reported they paid us at half wages for "training" which offered little to help us improve.

      Friendly staff, remote, but plenty of opportunity to excel

      Decent paying side job, flexible hours

      Inconvénients

      Absolute nightmare to get paid. You WILL have to complain in order to get paid, and you will most likely have to complain more than once in order to get the answer you need. I still haven't been paid for work done months ago! Everyone that reads this with a similar issue needs to do what I did and bring it to the attention of the state labor boards.
