Avantages
Low requirements for new starters. Work from home flexibility. Coworkers are great.
Inconvénients
The pay is abyssmal, and grows very slowly. More tasks added without adding benefits. Uses outdated software for lower management. Usually a lack of reaction to growing client demands. Poor work : pay ratio. With more time spent working you get more duties for minimal recompense.
