Opportunities for training in present areas of expertise are available to all employees and externally at local universities, based on specific conditions being fulfilled.

Inconvénients

Autonomy and authority for line managers are restrictive, Display of initiative is not condoned. Transparency in career advancement is lacking.

Riverside around WTC is pretty nice

Inconvénients

OMG the worst company I've ever been. There are a lot of small groups inside the department, and most of them are mean and rude.
