People do stay for a long period of time which brings about stability and that helps to promote ease of task and getting information Technology is well updated and typical of a MNC that focuses on spending their budget to ensure the office is and tech stack are adequate Office environment is conducive and pantry is always filled Wins are celebrated consistently across the region. Leaders do care about the rank-and-file and recognition is there for sales and support functions. Work-Life Balance is there - NetApp culture is such that you get things done at your own time per expectation and there will never be questions of where you are and what you are doing - this is global.
Inconvénients
Takes quite some time to initiate change APAC voice like most MNCs, isn't as loud as EMEA - making us the last to be heard. Layoffs are frequent due to re-org, it's just a matter of which business unit you are in. There are cases of those impacted to be sent to another business if there is an opening due to the re-org itself.
