Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Compensation is good and above the market. Facilities are very good. (Juices, every Friday beer bash, evening snacks) Work life balance is good if you are competent enough
Inconvénients
No innovation encouraging culture, majority employees are not aware of patent filing process. No encouragement for innovative ideas. Poor leader ship leading to lay off (almost every year) Same work is done in different teams( lack off clear cut processes).
