Good company, management generally supports the employees, good work-life-family balance
Inconvénients
Recent restructuring layoffs were random. NetApp recently went to a "laddering" evaluation system that relied too much on management perception and not facts.
Great office location
Collaborative team and coworkers with product resolution for customers
Ongoing learning new technologies in the field
DEI and options for more unique perspectives
Inconvénients
NetApp has a tendency to have proprietary knowledge so it's difficult to confirm if this can translate well to other companies/industries
While there is DEI and more the office can have a tendecy to have people state things that are flat out harmful to others this isn't covered and ignored
Company has lots of layoffs and it's difficult to guage when this may happen and if you'll be impacted or not
