Hesitation to adapt new tech and tools No transparency in appraisals Not advisable if you are a technical person and grow technically. If Microsoft deprecate power Apps,BI and automate, you will loose job.

      There are some good people here and there, it is safe, it was a nice company at the beginning of my employment before things went downhill

      Inconvénients

      No opportunities for growth, micromanagement, timesheet issues, low pay, cutting away benefits for employees while bragging that revenue grows, poor internal mobility
