      Beautiful area and decent pay.

      Inconvénients

      Union workforce is dreadful, some decent ones but more the exception than the rule. Management promoted based on time there and not because some of them actually have any leadership skills. Benefits pretty poor for a pharma company

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Inconvénients

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
