Avantages
The EDG program is well organized and is the best way to explore different teams at MathWorks.
Inconvénients
If EDG experience is not focused, moving to other teams within the company may be uncertain tenure and opportunity wise. After about 1-1.5 years EDG experience tends to saturate.
