Perspective commerciale
Avantages
-Not bothered on my time off. -Work life balance is pretty good. -Vacation hours are accrued and can roll over to next year. 250 Hrs max at a time. Gain roughly 13 hours a month. -Hybrid work setup depends on group/department but is available.
Inconvénients
Difficult to implement change. Management is more reactive than proactive which leaves everyone to pick up the slack. A lot of work is not translatable to other jobs outside defense/aerospace.
