      4-day work week is elite Overtime potential (a rare find for salaried software engineers) Job stability Learning potential, and friendly for young people starting out

      Morally iffy Painfully Slow development process (classification/security hell bogs things down) Bad work dispersion, either overworked or bored A lot of managers fail upwards A lot of corporate nonsense Average to below average pay for legitimate software engineers Terrible promotion process, they make it as slow as possible to save money

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
