Flexible 40hr/week 4/10 work days. Overtime is flex time. 160hrs per year PTO. Company respects personal time.
Inconvénients
The inertia of the company makes it difficult to institute change. Watching processes degrade to failure in slow-motion while waiting for funding approval 3-5 years out. Revolving middle management has little time to learn the position and department needs before next forced rotation cycle. There is no culture of team development or growth.
