      Avantages

      Great people, lots of OT. Good pay. My supervisor at out site didn't know what was going on. Overall I enjoyed it.

      Inconvénients

      All security guards were outsourced. Seems like everyone at Lockheed is getting laid off. They would hire lazy people and had to re train multiple times

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
