      Good benefits, projects, and culture.

      Inconvénients

      Very hard to get promotions once you are an employee. If someone external comes, they might get it faster, so dislike that they do not appreciate their employees and give them promotions, and when there is a need, they instead give to someone else.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
