Avantages
Very chill environment and understanding of learning curve. Also given real tasks that isn't busy work. Forced to learn through experience and making mistakes naturally.
Inconvénients
Not much structure for the internship program. Felt like the only young person working in the labs. Unwritten rules you had to abide by from senior devs.
