      Avantages

      Decent benefits, pay is good after a few years, will pay for college, decent amount of PTO each year, several shift options.

      Inconvénients

      Reimbursement for school can be annoying to fill out and somewhat strict. Health insurance is a high deductible plan that doesn't cover much.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
