Avantages
Decent pay, Highly flexible work schedules for software engineers. Benefits are alright, but are getting worse as time goes on. Interesting work, if you are good at networking and can get on the right projects/teams.
Inconvénients
Company is built as a career company in terms of structure, but is seems to be doing everything it can reverse that. Job security is lacking - employment comes and goes with the contracts. Pay raises barely meet inflation. Costs are always foremost - forget about being able to use that fancy tech they show off during the onsite tours. You'll get a cube and a 17 inch monitor. Like any large company, YMMV depending on business area, location, and manager.
