      The Lockheed Martin culture creates an atmosphere that provides all the tools for an individuals success. How successful one becomes depends on the effort of an to heach his/ her goals.

      Inconvénients

      Because Lockheed Martin is such a large company one can become a number and be overlooked for potential promotion and opportunity based on individual seniority status

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
