Avantages
Pay is above average for the area, however management has always had problems with middle managers staying the course and managing the staff correctly. I've had 7 middle managers in the 5 yrs that I have been here.
Inconvénients
Challenges of working here is the travel time required. It's advertised as a percentage in the job req but it's pretty much on demand. If there is a need, then you mudt go. To much time away from family for business travel made it hard to continue.
