      Avantages

      Benefits are great. Such as vacation. The pay is great and they have flex time which is very useful. The company also gives out a lot of floating holiday hours.

      Inconvénients

      The company runs off of contracts with the government and is always running out of work. They typically plus up and then draw down a few years later. The work is not stable.

      Work is great, 4x10 schedule is perfect...

      Inconvénients

      It's far. I live over 60 miles and everyday in person is hell drive.

      Avantages

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
